Borja Iglesias (Santiago de Compostela, January 17, 1993) is a Spanish footballer currently playing for Celta Vigo and an international with the Spanish national team, for which he has played seven matches since his debut in 2022. He came through the youth ranks at Valencia and Villarreal, spending much of his career at Celta B before making a name for himself at Real Zaragoza, Espanyol, and Real Betis, the club with which he won the Copa del Rey in 2022. He also had a spell at Bayer Leverkusen before returning to Celta.
Known as "El Panda" (The Panda), Borja is known for his approachable personality and social commitment. Outside of football, he has a keen interest in areas such as fashion, photography, music, and film, and he shares his cultural tastes and personal creative projects on social media.
